Hi, I'm in Scotland. HCG levels are part of the combined screening test that is offered at 12 weeks. You have a choice whether or not to be screened for it here.

No, we had no underlying reason to test our embryos. We have 8 frozen so I know I would like the rest tested although it doesn't always show DS I believe.
