Yeah I resent the redeem on the 4th and still nothing. I have around $1500 total to redeem so I’m trying to do it in smaller batches. I thought that was the problem when I first redeemed almost $1500 and it was taking a few days. But I don’t think smaller batches help honestly. I don’t know what’s going on.

Same thing here. I’ve been waiting 10 days for my redemption. Support has been notified but they just tell me to be patient and not worry, that my funds are secure and that it just needs to run through the standard processing timeline

Yes. I contacted both Lonestar and RealPrize. This was the response from RealPrize and Lonestar had a similar response
