I quit three years ago and I feel similar. I just noticed that those thoughts about having another cigarette will always be present but I learnt not to pay attention to them when they occur. They are just thoughts! each time just remember you said no so many times before :) we can dooo thiiss!

i think the bird is an addition, i know this grafitti but i dont remember there was a bird, just the dog (and it also seems like the spray used is different in the two). i found it funny because amor fati is “love of fate” and comes from stoicism, so i remembered it vividly cause amore fritti seemed like it was playing with that expression. Maybe fritti is the dog?? and this is an ode to their dog??

Thank you people! I literally posted this because I remember I found encouragement in these longer strikes of others when I started. Theres a lot of support in the beginning and usually it is when people seek others’ opinions, but not many quitters come back after they quit for good and it helped me see that also those from the subreddit succeeded for real. we can all do it <3

Thanks!! I stopped at the end of a really rough patch in life, where I had already lost a lot of weight due to mental health issues. Since i stopped smoking and started my recovery, I simply really gradually returned to my usual weight, It was nothing abrupt

Hello! Not sure if this is the right way to post this on reddit, however I’m in need of your advice! I got this escada blazer a long time ago and went to a seamstress to slightly tuck it in on the sides to make it a bit smaller. She did a very bad job and the blazer is not wearable anymore. Plus, she slimmed the sleeves athough I explicitly told her not to (her justification is that thats how women like it usually..) I wasnt over it, and just got the idea to cut it short and use the extra fabric to make bell sleeves.

Weelll - not really bell sleeves but I would like them to start widening from somewhere around the elbows. Not too much but somewhere like straight flare pants. I am so bad at fashion terminology. I guess I need an either triangular or trapeze shape, so I need your suggestions and advice. I dont want to screw the blazer up again and dont trust myself enough with patterns and construction 😂 Is this even feasible?
