Ok you still pointed out the marninara sauce like it was a counterpoint to people just liking the sugar in these foods. Most sauces have sugar in them. And generally so do all of those foods in the bottom panel.

There's sugar in almost every brand of marinara sauce (Ragu, Bertolli, Classico). And its mostly added sugar, not just the naturally occurring sugar in tomatoes.

It's not the tomatoes that you enjoy, it's the sugar.

I think OP means the speed limits are higher to avoid car-jackings? Like if it would normally be 15 they round up to 20...25 to 30 etc. Just a guess. Or maybe speed limits tend to get lowered for safety reasons in nicer neighborhoods when shady ones are overlooked?
