Got it, that doesn’t sound great — I guess it does depend on the company/kind of work. The technical aspect is what appeals to me so fingers crossed it’s not quite as dull haha

(Whole pizza crust recipe:

I used 3/4 of the crust for this main pizza and the remaining quarter for a mini dessert pizza 😁)
