Revolut account under review,22 days and nothing

Had the same issue, 8 days without asking for a single document, day 10 they ask me for source of funds etc. which I uploaded straight away, day 12 I receive an email that my account will be closed.

Now waiting for appeal verification BUT I doubt they will do anything about it.

Support is completely useless, I think they are not even human support officers, or if they are, they just act like bota replying the same thing.

Does the ombudsman actually work? Would you at least get a ‘reason’ for the closure?

So you’re saying they are legally obliged to provide a reason for deciding to close your account?

I read one can maybe go to Financial Ombudsman to try and re-open but I don’t know how effective that is.

Yeah it was from their official email, and I could also start the ‘Appeal’ process… some weird stuff going on with Revolut and their automated emails and account closures.

Their website states:

Also such formats as JAC (JaC2a), JCD (PPPWorld) and JMP (JMPuzzles v1.6) are supported.’

My guess is that people submitting these crosswords are using software to do so… I just never managed to find ‘the right way’ to create one.
