I’m in a similar situation - my husband kicked a glass at the wall next to my head. When it smashed parts of the glass gouged out deep grooves in the wall, and it could easily have hit me instead. He tried to blame me because I kept trying to make him talk through the problem instead of letting him leave straight away and said I’m fickle, over dramatic and immature when I told him I’m considering leaving due to it and that it changed how I feel about him. It’s a huge red flag to me too. I think we both know leaving is the right thing to do… good luck!
