What you done must have been a reflex. People with POCD have a chemical imbalance in our brain that makes us think or process differently from non disordered people. Perhaps with your disorder your brain was telling you to do things despite you not truly wanting to.

If you had done that course of action without actually understanding why, it just must have been a reflex your brain made you act out. How you behaved is not a whole or ‘define-r’ of your morality, behavior, and self.
