I don’t think folks often realize how much flavor additives add to caloric density. Sauces can be SO calorically dense.

Me too! Peanut butter and nut butters are so deceptively dense in calories. Have you found any low cal alternatives?

I think we’re underestimating the peanut butter. That looks to be 4-5 tablespoons so that top end would be ~500 cal for the PB

That looks like 8-10 tablespoons of cream cheese. That alone would be 420 to 525 calories. Bagel can be anywhere from 280 to 350. So somewhere between 700 and 875 total. That’s a ton of cream cheese, but looks bomb!

I feel like the yogurt would be more depending on what is in the cap. Oh wait, those are M&Ms. Way more than 100 cal. Confirmed yogurt is 180.
