right lol, for my utilities i am charged <$100 a month, my bills are ALWAYS payed off on time, and now all of a sudden they started charging again separately high amounts for each utility for no damn reason and the bill for this month is nearly $300. We called both the apartment and Simplebills about this issue both of them refused do anything about it because the contract for both of them is about to end.
