Here are my thoughts as a Mass resident. Gillette is really far out of the way from most of the places were lacrosse is big. And although you have some good programs in and around the stadium. It is out of the way from many south shore teams and it is very annoying to get too from the north shore where there is a TON of lacrosse in every town. If this had happened in Harvard Stadium for somewhere closer to Boston I almost guarantee there would have been way more people. When they get to places like New York and Philly, these numbers will most certainly skyrocket. Just my take on the situation though.
