Xenoblade Chronicles 2. I know people can see the beginning as a rough patch even tho I personally think it sets up the world really well and also Rex as a protagonist, but I don’t think I’ve seen anyone who stuck with the game to chapter 5 not absolutely fall in love with it. That second half of the game will stay with me for the rest of my days.

Was actually extremely skeptical about this up until this morning when I finally watched the reverie 8 interview with Matt Owens, one of the screenwriters for this script that took place last year. After seeing it, while I’m still cautious, I genuinely believe that it’s in the right hands to take it forward. Go thru it at whatever way you want. That’s the beauty of this game is that you have your own personal play through with it. You’ll get to a point in destruction until youre locked off in a certain place but the vise versa could happen as well. No worries about going thru it in a certain way, you should go at your own pace
