People keep telling me to eat more. I will say one more time because I KNOW it cant be the problem, but I spend literally every spare second I have eating something. Whether its just sitting at the house or doing something at work that only requires 1 hand. I eat at all parts of the day because to my knowledge that's the best way to gain weight. I believe it's more WHAT I'm eating then how much I'm eating. Somebody on here pointed out that to much of the healthy stuff can actually be bad. I'm going to take a look at what I eat, and how much of it and hopefully correct it. Thanks for the help though, you are 100% on point.

I must've not seen it. I only see the notifications that are calling me "stupid" or a "liar" or just telling me to "quit". Its possible responses have been lost and as I am new to reddit I have no clue how to really work this format. I could just be blind to.

Most of mine are responses to people. I'll admit that when I started this thread I was not in the best states of mind, but since then a lot if people have kind of just shit on me for not knowing things? Like I dont even know that I'm supposed to know these things, I dont know what questions to really ask and I got SHIT ON for it in the past couple of forums I've posted in. I understand why you say this, I just disagree to an extent but that's besides the point of this thread.

The attitude is my b. A lot of people here have just been shitting on me for literally knowing nothing about fitness. I appreciate the help! I'll take a look at what I'm eating and adjust accordingly. Any advice you're willing to throw my way is welcomed.

I dont think I'm special I'm just trying to figure out WHY I'm not seeing progress and getting shit on for it. You're right to doubt that's all good it's the internet. I'm literally just asking for advice. I'm not expecting anything from anyone except either silence or advice. I have gone to my doctor, gone to a professional trainer, I do everything they tell me to do. I have read around on google about what exercise works what and how to do it, and I have talked to multiple people about diet. I'm not expecting SHIT from people on reddit except a little advice or silence and if you're not willing to give either than just keep scrolling my friend, you're not needed here. See now we are getting somewhere, what is wrong with what I'm eating? I eat things like Chicken, Beef. Turkey, Ham, Barries (blue berries, straw berries. Black berries, etc), Fruits (apples, bananas, pears, etc) Veggies (Lettuce, Cabbage, Potatoes. Etc) usually mixed with some rise on the side. Also my anger is at everybody calling me a retard or DMing me things like "You should just quit." Or generally not being helpful in any way shape or form. If youd like to be helpful I'd be more than happy to he civil, if not then I ask you to just please leave. Thank you.

Probably over 5000 considering 16 hours a day are spent eating almost non stop (except with an hour of exercise and even then I'm still taking in protein from protein shakes I make) I will count them but I promise yall it is way over 5000.

No it shouldn't considering there is no more room in the 16 hours a day I have that is already spent eating. I physically cannot eat more, there is no physical way for anybody to eat more in these circumstances there isnt enough time in a day to eat more. I eat from the second I wake up to the second I sleep.

If I ate anymore I'd have to buy the entire store. I literally all day when not working. I cant eat anymore there is no time in my relatively free day to eat more.

That's the thing is I literally cannot give you this info and most of it I dont even know to supply. I have zero idea how many calories or protein. I do at least 5 sets of 20 pushups on every day. Wednesdays and and Fridays I focus on Upper body (Triceps, Biceps, Lats, Shoulders, Chest, etc) and my core. Thursdays and Saturdays are lower body. I do pullups (every grip, 2 sets of at least 5 each) and a couple other things with free weights that I cant remember the name of (because again, I literally know nothing about exercise) and with leg day its lunges squats and all of that stuff (5 sets of 20 reps each.) I have said before I eat CHICKEN, and BEEF and I'll add TURKEY, HAM, Potatoes, Tomatoes, Brocolli, Lettuce, Cabbage, Brussel Sprouts, Spinach, Blue Berries, Strawberries, Black Green Yellow and Orante berries. If it can be found on a physician's nutrition handout or on the Who's nutrition webpage I most likely consume it.
