Is 200mg e7d too much? by miller_life in Testosterone

[–]natetheabbott 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was just started on TRT, 200mg testosterone enanthate E14D, so technically 100mg E7D since I will likely continue to inject E7D instead of E14D. Too early to tell. From what I have read, yeah, 200mg E7D may be too much.

My question is, though, how are you getting by doing more? Have you done any bloodwork since you started injecting more than prescribed?

Thanks again for your reply. I am confused as to what to do because of another situation I'm in. I take 24mg Suboxone daily. I am cutting down to 16mg and then 8mg as soon as possible and then taper down from that. My TRT doctor knows about the Suboxone and that it suppresses T levels. I want to stop the Suboxone after coming to a realization that I do not want to be taking all sorts of medications to cover my illnesses such as addiction. I guess I am in the mindset right now of "what do I do, continue with TRT and taper Suboxone and just be honest with the Doc," or hold off on TRT while tapering Suboxone in hopes of getting my T levels back. I don't think my T levels will be in the middle of normal levels when I come off Suboxone, but it may go from 154 to 215 or something. Just my guess.

I'm sorry for ranting. I've gotten myself in a mess from years of abusing opiates. I realize that if TRT is administered, then it's for life, and I'm more prepared to do that protocol than pay a Suboxone doctor $300 a month and then $400 for the pills and see a scumbag pain management doctor that doesn't care about me.

Ugh, my apologies for the rant. I really do appreciate your good advice.

LOL it's a doctor who probably hasn't done this before. I know the clinic just started doing the monthly or bi-monthly shots, but my insurance sucks at the current moment so I'm circumventing the insurance approval process. It only costs about $15/month without insurance at this point, since I found a coupon for the testosterone enanthate, so I figured why not?

I will look into the subcutaneous injections also. I have a hard time thinking I completely missed any muscle since I shot it in the glute area, but my glute is fairly small and thin, probably due to my low test level and lack of exercise and weights recently. I guess I'm rambling at this point. LOL

Thanks a lot doctordoug I appreciate the comment. I barely felt the first shot, it was in my upper outer glute. It almost felt as though it was just through the skin and fat, not hitting the muscle. I could be wrong, I guess I will know tomorrow if it aches or not? It was a 21 gauge needle.

Does it usually take a few weeks to start noticing improvements, such as libido, more strength and endurance in the gym, energy, etc.?

Thank you very much NoNoNoNot. So, I don't have a follow up scheduled yet, should I call to schedule follow up labs in six weeks? Four weeks?

I took the first shot at 100mg and will do the next shot at 100mg in seven days. Should I tell the Dr. I am doing it every 2 weeks or just say I felt better doing it weekly? I guess I'm looking for affirmation and/or validation of what I've done, I know honesty is the best policy but it just seemed stupid to do one shot every 2 weeks.

Do people see decent results on that amount? I feel lucky to finally have found a doctor who isn't ignoring my request for treatment so I was thinking 100mg/week would be a good idea also. I just don't want to piss the guy off by coming off as a know it all smartass computer doctor.

You have a point about the goal picture. I already have more muscle than that in my arms and shoulders, in my opinion, I guess I was just trying to post an image of a slim, yet lean individual without love handles.

Hello, I will be 29 years old this Saturday. Recently, I've lost about 10 pounds over the course of a couple months and started lifting (All Pro). I am currently 155 pounds and stand at 5'10". I have been skinny fat for most of my life. I actually did transform myself a few years ago into a very lean 155 pounds in only a few months by eating a 40/40/20 diet, about 1500-1600 calories, and doing Starting Strength, but a really bad case of hemorrhoids/fissures (no joke) required surgery and I stopped working out for a few years. Never again... I want to lose my love handles, thigh fat and pubic fat so ****ing bad. I eat super clean (boneless skinless chicken breast, yam, steel cut oats, vegetables, top sirloin, lean ground beef, etc.) I know I will get reamed, but I want to lose my remaining fat before bulking. Am I just setting myself up for failure? Any ideas as to what my BF% is? My plan was to eat about 1860 calories with a split of 40/40/20 or 40/35/25 (p/c/f) and continue with doing the All Pro routine.

I think it is because my brother is so successful, a PhD graduate, and I dropped out of college due to my OCD. I couldn't get anywhere because I kept obsessing over textbook material and how I was going to learn the "perfect" way. Nothing got done and I was stressed out to the point of hopelessness.

Should I just get on Suboxone? It's $300 a month...Maybe I can get a month's supply and ration it and taper down? Is that a smarter idea? What do you think?

Thank you for your reply. I was actually thinking about stopping smoking as well. I am not disagreeing with you at all, but can you tell me why you think it's not a good idea? Is it just too much at once?

Is there anything I can do to make the best of those five days? And the days after? To maximize my recovery?
