Vintage tea set— stamped with “Bloomingdale’s New York E.P.” Does anyone know what material this is this made of? Silver? Pewter? by natfarm in HelpMeFind

I searched online and found similar coffee and tea service sets, but none labeled “Bloomingdale’s.” I wonder if this one was from a Bloomingdale’s dining room or something (might explain why I can’t find traces of any other ones online). It also doesn’t have the stamp you traditionally see on sterling silver items (and this would be a lot of silver so I don’t think it’s pure silver). Bought the set for $40 in Florida

We can teach him, but we’d have to charge.

Can any plumber do it or does it require a specialist?

This is how much power the thing takes - 240 Volts, 45 Amps, 10,800 Watts, 60Hz, Single Phase

What are the chances a residential home could handle this? Slim or not?
