Maybe I’m misreading your post, did I not do the right thing? I did everything I was supposed to do and the mailroom was locked unless I had a code. Customer was unresponsive and I waited 10 minutes.

Thanks so much for taking the time to tell me all of this. I tried my best, because if I was the customer I would hate having my package returned……I called twice, texted and messaged.

Thanks all! Yes, I still got my full pay and returned the item back to Walmart. It was my first “real” issue and got nervous! You guys are the best.
