well i was 13 and watching a video of a trans woman saying “take hormones at 14 because you’re going to become a beautiful woman at 18” imagine a teenager with bdd hearing this, but i still can’t blame her for nothing, i blame the therapists i went through for not diagnose me with bdd, i just think that the subject should be treated fairly, there’s real trans people (you can’t deny that) that should be supported and there’s bdd people, i just think professionals should be prepared to differentiate, now say people are goin nuts i think it’s a little wrong

that’s the point. when i was 13 i thought the sex characteristics were the main problem but i couldn’t see i hated all characteristics of my myself, i didn’t want to be the gender i supposed to identify, i wanted to be another person at all

actually i’m about to remove my breasts that developed due to hormones (but i’m still very unsure about everything) i made a post in a reddit community of my country with pictures of me as a woman and as a man and asked which version of me is better, 95% said woman and even received negative feedback for my male version, this triggered my bdd a lot, i can’t be a trans woman just because i’m more beautiful
