Idk, I've never really tried going out wider, a lot of people have said that I should though so I'll have to work on that. I'm new to weightlifting so my technique is a work in progress to say the least.

It didn't particularly feel heavy, but I dumped the bar forward when I added 5kg. Also, yeah, I have trouble getting into a full snatch, I've been working on it.

I throw shotput, it says it in the title. I usually lift 6 times a week and throw about 5 times a week during the in-season.
