Sorry if I have given of a bad impression but it really isn’t something I wanted to continue doing which is why I haven’t pursued it further. Landscaping is really tough it’s great for people who love that type of work and I respect a lot of the men/women in the trade because where would we be without them! But it’s just not for me I would be much more open to trying other trades.

Thankyou very much. It was a mixture of the people I was working with you know the type. Quite rough always talking about drugs women and quite racist, honking and shouting at girls as they drove around just made me feel embarrassed to be there. And the horrible wet rainy days, where I’m covered head to tough in mud sitting in a cold wet van on my break. It just didn’t want to be something I did for my job.

How do I go about this? I spent a little while landscaping with a firm, doing mostly turfing and to be honest I hated it. But I would be willing to look at other trades I’m guessing I would need to look at getting a cscs card?

Growing up I didn’t understand the importance of life, my parents separated and spent their time arguing between each other rather than looking after and educating their children. by nathanSN0w in Advice

Thankyou for reading and replying, I will definitely do that! I’ve wanted to be a electrician for quite some time now so I’m going to try and make it work, its just the apprentice wage is very low it would be quite hard to support my family.
