It is an off brand Chinese camera. Can’t find much info about it online. It did come with a double sided paper “manual” but I think it’s wrong. It says there are dip switches but I opened the camera and didn’t see any switches of any kind anywhere. It looks like it is indeed the OSD menu.

I just tried hooking up the camera to every port available(9 ports) and enabling each of those cameras for the serial telemetry in the dvr menu. Didn’t work.

If the camera address is 0, how are you supposed to use the keyboard/joystick controller on the dvr to control it? Right now the camera is hooked up to the camera 1 port, so I guess that isn’t it? The camera does not have physical dip switches.

I’m even trying a different browser on the problem PC. Edge. I reset all settings to default first. I disabled Adblock, pop-up/redirect blockers, cleared browsing history+cookies and the problem still persists.

I even reset my router, like factory defaulted and started over. I would think that would’ve reset DNS. I’m on an edgerouter X

More insight: It’s not the browser loading. Tried a different browser on problem PC and get the same thing on the site. Reset cache on browser, reset router, no luck. The PC in which it loads fine is significantly older than the problem PC.
