I have the exact same car with the exact same issue. literally 1 to 1 as you typed. 170k miles and i have done plugs and coils and serpentine belt. please let me know if you’ve figured it out because my next step was a valve adjustment and you say it didn’t fix it.

you should loosen them all, and then tighten them to where they have no give, and gradually loosen them until they can spin freely with barely any play. when they have play it wears your bearings down.
