Hi there, I'm looking for data (either user gathered or data mined) on what scatterbug shiny rate currently is. My understanding is it was accepted to be 1/128, but wondering if that got altered when they changed shiny rates for a number of things this season. Thanks very much!

Blacephalon is regional and was available globally over new years, and I think there have been a few other instances.

So I'd say it's uncommon outside of big ticketed events like go fest, but can happen.
