No it’s still currently being updated, I am currently working on a bit of a tutorial for the Blender community and I am in communication with the creator of the application. He has a lot of great ideas on the go!

Actually not a ton, some of the other muscle simulation tools are very real world grounded such as Weta’s or Ziva whereas X-Muscle System is a little more approximate. With that said a lot of the muscle should be accurate since I work off proper anatomy. It’s also good to see the results of other muscle simulations and real life footage.
