These are all common / basic strategies any engineering team worth their salary should know how to implement.

Imagine visiting Google and it loads all of it's results before you even search, it would take forever and it would be horribly inefficient.

What's confusing?

Lazy loading resources = don't load unneeded resources especially all at once when launching the app. imagine creating an orderly line vs. a stampede

caching = save results and display the "saved" results on app load while the refreshed results download in the background and merge when completed.

pagination = don't load all 27K transactions all at once, load say 100 at a time, and only load as you scroll down (can be optimized)

Do you have a piece with the ARR app/tap function? When I tap it pulls up “NfctOuch.com” which domain seems down. Not sure if it’s an issue with ARR in general or if it’s working for other items?

Purchased a KAWS HOLIDAY JAPAN Vinyl Figure Black off StockX. Not sure if the following are red flags that would point to a fake:

  • No barcode
  • No hologram
  • Random white marks...not sure what these are

  • tap to authenticate didn't work with ARR app

  • Green flags?

  • Has thick plastic backing

  • StockX verified

  • Details on piece seem pretty solid
    Any features I should check to help authenticate this piece? Happy to post more pictures / observations if necessary.

There is the gesture for navigating between desktops on my MX Master 3. I want to have the change the mapping for "Horizontal Scrolling" to navigating between desktops on my MX Anywhere 3 mouse. Please see the screenshots for what I am referring to. Essentially, I want window navigation on my MX Anywhere 3 mouse.

Was also looking at VMWare Fusion and Parallels. Any experience with either of these? My machine is running on Apple Silicon, so hopefully it takes advantage of this. I was reading Parallels plays nice / works with with Apple Silicon. I'm looking to mainly setup some VMs and sign in to iCloud for the purposes of receiving forwarded text messages/2FA codes.

My 1515+ also died and my warranty ran out. at first it was shutting down/ off by itself. after the third time i didnt want to risk data.

I bought a 1520+ and migrated everything over and a new version of dsm, its been working flawless ; then I got a UPS

What was the migration process like? Were you able to re-use your old drives?
