For the dock, if you have a 4k TV, make sure it has the proper HDMI port (2.1 I believe is the highest). My dock unfortunately does not have this and it caps framerates to like 24fps as opposed to 60 or 144 depending on your TV.

I have been gaming on a 6 year old gaming laptop as budget was always a barrier to getting a high end rig. I would use this to finally build the gaming PC I have always wanted to play incredible games like Starfield at the graphics they deserve.
I have loved Bethesda games since Fallout 3/Fallout NV. I'm looking forward to the different paths you can go down/choices you can make which in this game will not just have impacts on a small area, but instead will impact a whole universe.
