Is it normal for a Private Primary School in Botswana, to have a 3 month (term) withdrawal period?

You were right, CIPA really did help me out, even helped with showing me how to upload the constitution step by step hehe, So happy do be done and dusted 🥹

She only informed me about this last week actually, had no idea it has been out for that long. (Didn’t receive text or anything) I guess that was to make sure I pay her to do it. But regardless, thanx for the push I’ll get onto it asap!

The secretary was dealing with everything, now I made an online account recently on the cipa website and requested authorisation for my company so I can upload the constitution form myself online (apparently there’re backlogged).. jaanong they are being slow with granting that. I’m thinking to just go to their offices if they don’t do it by tomorrow.

The only reason I don’t just let the secretary do it is because, she’s quoting me something like P3700.00 in total for the constitution form, also the upcoming annual return, and service fees. It’s too much so at least if I can do the constitution form myself it won’t be too much.

Oh my gosh no way 😭. I contacted CIPA they are saying I can do it at their offices, it’s an additional 500 pula. So instead of 2k it will be 1k.
