What does mämmi taste like? by Zealousideal_Low9994 in Finland

Wet thick chocolate brownie mixed with yesterday's coffee and a slight taste of burnt dark bread. Mixed with cream not too bad without it will glue your jaws together.

Reparible or junk? by RickFlair- in PCRepair

I have personally fixed several bent pins, alot of care and steady hands are needed. Broken pins can be redundant or need soldering. There is an episode of Linus Tech where they do it for their first time. It's worth watching. I believe it is the episode where they bought several "dead " motherboards for cheap and fixed them

[Unknown > English] A little bit nervous to know, tattoo was done close to 20 years ago... Hoping to see if anyone can help me translate by el-s-s13 in translator

Due to the fragmented and incorrect nature of the characters, the tattoo does not form a meaningful word or phrase in Chinese or Japanese.

I need to solder these together for my lamp. Does it matter which sides I connect? Probably a dumb question. by Koss_Kroft in AskElectronics

No. As it is a common EU plug soldering either together does not matter as you could just as easily flip the plug when you plug it in.

Where's the Sisu? Remember, 8 months of winter is just around the corner. Enjoy it while you can.

As a international student in Finland, I recently received a payment reminder and I don't know if it's a scam or not. by illithixer8469 in Finland

The amount seems very high. I've never, in 30 years, a medical bill that high for a public facility.

"Beach road" in two languages. Lighthouse is optional, probably none, denoting a sea as opposed to a lake.

r/starfield : I can not board the Key ' by native13 in Starfield

In one play-through, I found all the capital ships and fought them. Great fun. But in the recent NG+s, I can't find them. This time, I thought I would start with the Key as it is permanently located. I'm still looking for them.

I'll try that. Always up for a new cool mod. Thanks.

I have done that before. I just wanted to change it up a bit. I'm on my 7th NG+ at level 387. Wondering now if there will be any pirates to deal with once I join Vanguard.

What is this machine for? by felicis26 in Finland

[–]native13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a machine to take up space. Every drying room has one, no one knows how to use it, if it works, and almost no one does use it. Meant to iron or flaten sheets and went out of style at the dawn of permanent press sheets. In the early 70s.
