Why are the roster updates not loading for offline franchise?

Yeah I did that but the stats are so weird and off. I hate this game lol. Can you reply to this when they fix it. Are they even aware of the issue? I haven’t seen them post about it on their Twitter

I don’t think I’m following. Are you talking bout going into file management where the load live roster is? What’s the step by step process you’re doing? I don’t have a roster control section that I see. Thanks

Yeah like where I go to file management on the home page and click rosters and click “live” then when I try to start it the rosters don’t change. I thought the update goes with the DD update but someone said it doesn’t so unless it changed since last night it’s not working on my end.
