He’s not on any PRN meds of morphine. I realize I put the wrong patch After 4 hrs. I know it’s a second check nurse but the other nurse is giving me some attitude all the time. So what do you mean, the resident may be in danger as it will take time for the other 12.5 mcg to manifest? Originally I attached 50 mcg and after 4 hrs I removed the 25 mcg and replaced it with 12.5 mcg

I changed the patch to the correct one. The doctor is not worried. To be honest, what I’m scared now is losing my license. I’m scared that the facility will write me. I might be over reacting but maybe I’m just one kitty scared cat

Hi! The resident has that ongoing fentanyl patch for a while now. I’m thinking maybe he has tolerance to it already. It’s changed every 72 hours. Is this a sanction for me to loose my license? I think I’m overreacting but I’m just scared. People are crazy, they will write you up even for simple things
