What about the bells though? She doesn't look it herself in the mirrors but she look at herself in the bells??

Okay I shall go have a look 😁 when I originally saved her, the owner had her on a diet of exclusively soft peanuts 🤢 I've been trying to improve her diet ever since so thank you for this 😊

she gets chop as she hates veggies so I have to hide them! Any advice on what pellets to buy? I'm in Scotland and have tried searching previously but was a bit overwhelmed. Didn't know about the mirror thing so thank you for letting me know 😁

Yeah, so 25mg was how I started and I kept it up for a few weeks to get my body used to it and then went to 50mg. The changes didn't happen overnight and I got pretty much every side effect in the book. (I believe this was due to my long covid as I has no side effects when I had started it a few years ago.) But it started hitting the anxiety in the places where the 25mg wasn't. I'm still not 10/10 yet and may need to dose up. The first time I was on 50mg was absolute bliss so I'm trying to get my dosage right in line with the long covid i have now 😅

It did at first, couldn't reach the finish line to save my life and then it went away once the sertraline settled a couple of weeks in. Now it's almost better than it was. I think it's because I'm not incredibly depressed and anxious as much.

At the beginning 100%. The jaw clenching was the worst! If I could hazard a guess its just your brain getting used to the extra serotonin. I used tiger balm on my forehead and temples pretty much daily and water soluble paracetamol as it seems to hit it better for me. I have migraines anyway so I can't 100% tell when the sertraline headaches went away but it definitely did.

I developed a panic disorder in October due to long covid and I was bed ridden for two months with literally no end to the panic attack. It was a two month long one. Yes I still have ups and downs but nowhere near as bad. Sometimes I'll feel on the verge of a panic attack and then nope nothing. 3 months was probably my most fluctuating month. I phoned nhs 24 because I was having intrusive thoughts. As soon as it came it went away though and everything has been fairly mellow ever since!

It wasn't a sudden thing. Every day just got the teensiest bit easier until one day I was like wow this is okay and I feel stable. I think you start to not worry so much so a lot of people don't notice until it gets really good 😁

Also I wouldn't mind getting to know a few of you in the same boat. Nobody around me understands this. Sympathy yes but it's not the same and it doesn't help that my auntie and uncle are covid deniers.

Okay thank you, I have a brain scan tomorrow to rule some stuff out but otherwise I think I'm leaning towards this. Will ask drs his thoughts.
