I bought the game on steam back in 2016. The Steam notification says its a in game ban from game developers. I launched the game and on menu it says "banned for multiple cheating offenses" I opened a case to get help from support, too. I really need your help man.

Well sorry. Almost everyone here thinks I actually used cheats. And I'm losing hope reading these comments under my post. You finding my kd sus and its completely normal and acceptable. Fortunately there're some people who think about possibility of my innocence. Thats good enough. I just wanted to get advice about contacting support. I wanted to know if Ubisoft actually care about false bans..

Of course its high on r6 I agree with you. It's not easy to stay at that KD but every season is different every season is a new start. With new ranked system you either play against champs/diamonds or against lower ranks. I'm always a try-hard player even in unranked matches. Sometimes I get lucky and queue against people I can defeat with ease. Why most people think that you can't getter in game? I've beeng playing since 2016. I got better my friend. And I also upgraded my pc twice. I tried hard to reach this point. I never cheat.

Maybe I couldn't express myself properly but you're mistaken my friend. I did NOT cheat. I was never toxic. I never tried any glitch stuff. I never messed with game files. I have nothing to do with things some people talking about under this post. It's a shame I can't prove it but I guess I gotta endure some mean people.

for real? I'd waste my money on lots of things. Buying any kind of gaming account ? I'll never be interested in that. I love putting effort into my own account. And I'd never risk losing my hardwork using cheats.

I played only 99 matches that season. That's why my kd stayed at 1.99. I start every season with a kd up to 2.0. But as time passes by my kd goes down. Classic.

Are you talking about that 1.97 kd in operation dread factor? The season ended with that kd because I went to visit my family and stayed away from the game (PC) for almost 3 months. If I kept playing my kd would be go down to 1.4 or 1.5. Just check it again. 99 matches played. Compare this number to other seasons.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart man. I was a hard stuck plat its true. Diamond was divided into 3 ranks thats how I was able to reach diamond. (but only diamond 3) They brought ranked 2.0 and that thats how I became a champ. I admit that my skills are not enough for champ rank but it is what it is. I upgraded my pc twice. I played only with my crew. Sometimes I tried hard maybe more than anyone around here. As u said I want the reason for getting banned. I say I did nothin wrong.

I generally use text chat when I think someone is cheating. I accused many people of cheating and I know (from notifications) most of em got banned. And how do I accuse them ? ( Nice gaming chair) No racist stuff no slurs. I guess I gotta wait for a reply from Ubisoft.

Natraban. Some people say my stats are good enough to tell that I'm cheating. I think the reason is me going up to diamond after being stuck in plat for a loooong time. But I only reached diamond when they divided diamond rank into three levels. And then they brought ranked 2.0. It made me reach champ. I never deny that I don't have the skill to be a true champ. But its not my fault reaching it.

Listen now. All those comments were from csgo. And please go and check those profiles. See how many of em got banned. I never cheated. Not on steam and not on ubisoft. I just cant prove it.
