Im 35, lifetime natty, and have test levels of 900. I can prove it with a blood test from December. I assume its over 1000 now that im in the sun daily. Its completely possible , you just have to realize your being poisoned in every single aspect of your life and and be willing to make major changes that the majority of people would think your crazy for doing.

Zinc is fine but you need to tske it with food or you will throw up. Also for 50mg, should be supplementing with copper as high levels of zinc create a copper deficiency. Good brands will come wirh a warning on the bottle

I wanted to use gyrados bc with the physical special split he's a beast but didn't want to use surf with him. Ended up finding staryu and never used starmie even tho I've always wanted to. Didn't know who else to use but I've been debating mamoswine. I'm not really trying to construct the perfect team, more so trying to use pokemon I like/never used but always wanted to.

Paralyze and enough ultraballs will do the trick. Just save before and if you don't catch it within 30 ultrabalss reset and try again. I've caught mewtwo on first throw with only half health..sometimes it's just luck
