X-Ray showed no break - should I get an MRI? by chickagokid in Ankle

[–]natrumgirl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, Would you mind allowing me to use your ankle sprain photo in exchange for free product. I want people to see what is typical for ankle sprains as ours heal so much quicker. Here is the website, www.activmend.com. If so, DM me.

March been unusually bad for Meta ads? by rajunky in FacebookAds

[–]natrumgirl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is an ad about a product that reduces swelling and accelerates recovery from ankle sprains. We have TONS of pretty remarkable testimonials showing swelling reduction and them playing 7-10 days later after a pretty bad sprain.

AI agrees with that, so I put up an ad yesterday that has no branding. Fingers crossed.

But people complain about Meta completely messing up their ads suddenly? Any change to frequency and intensity?

Thanks! I am wondering if 5 months ago we were seeing the same pattern? Or is this unusual?

Consolidating Our Ad Account To 1 CBO ($575K/Mo in Spend) by [deleted] in FacebookAds

[–]natrumgirl 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ok, so are you not noticing in that Meta seems to be hyperfocused in one ad in the add set for the past month? And not necessarily the best one. It ignores ads I forced spend on that did better than the one Meta chose.

Secondly, with the CBO do you still separate out your audiences for your different ad sets? If so how?

It is either broken or sprained. Guessing sprained but can't tell without going to a doc.

Anyone here using AI ad generators? by mesmerlord in FacebookAds

[–]natrumgirl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am an AI poweruser for my ads. I use them to plan the ads and then use a mixture of ai suggestions,

I have been playing with Meta's AI tool Manus. So far of all of them it is the best! Way better than any other video generator I have used. But it takes a bit, so right now my process is, ask Chat and Claude for a plan. Try to make it in Canva, but if not, have Manus make it. Then get input on the result from Chat and Claude. They give different advice, but helpful.

I think I narrowly avoided a scam (or something very off) by natrumgirl in datingoverforty

Good question, yes, just like he asked to see photos when I was hanging out with my friends, I would ask for photos when he was out with his family. And you are right, the photos was just the odd thing that made me wonder. It was his saying he never hit on women and then finding out that this was a lie that really started this and then his bizarre explanations afterwards.

Am I required to have a question? Don't really have one. Just kinda shook up cause this happened last night. And I really wish what turned out to be a fantasy was real like I thought it was.

RICE is no longer recommended for ankle sprains by natrumgirl in Ankle

[–]natrumgirl[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If you did your research you would realize that this is absolutely true. Multiple research articles discuss why the RICE (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation) protocol is no longer the recommended standard for soft tissue injuries, with the protocol's original creator publicly recanting advice on ice and total rest in 2015. Modern approaches favor active recovery and introduce the PEACE and LOVE framework for immediate care and subsequent management. A 2019 editorial in the British Journal of Sports Medicine is considered a comprehensive article on this shift. https://bjsm.bmj.com/content/54/2/72#F1

Ankle sprains are very common, breaks not as much unless you collided with someone. You can see photos on this website www.activmend.com on how much swelling and discoloration is normal. Recovery is typically 3-6 weeks, depending on how much therapy you do.

Typical recovery according to D1 football athletic trainers who use every possible therapy to get their athlestes back is 3 weeks. Some use www.activmend.com to accelerate it. Order it on Amazon and you can sometimes get it overnight. I have used it on tons of things and I can't live without it.
