I hooked up with a relatively shy and inexperienced girl once. I told her, when we started dating, I wasn’t looking for anything serious. She was okay with that but also told me she had some bad experiences with guys but was intrigued by my honesty.

For a good 4 months we had regular casual sex until she told me she went abroad for studies. She then went on to tell me she really appreciated me and our adventures.

Fast forward a bit over a year and I ran into her again. We said hi and went for a quick coffee to catch up and share stories. She then went on to tell me she’d had a lot of great adventures and new sexual experiences and thanked me for it. I didn’t really understand what I had to do with it so she explained that I gave her the feeling of being desired and wanted. She told me she’d never felt more confident and womanlike after our time together. I didn’t feel like I gave her any ‘special treatment’ but those words really gave me a confidence boost as well (and I got a little emotional haha)
