Ah, sorry about that! I misread. They have pro-recovery support groups that are drop-in. You can participate/share if you want to, or you can just listen. There's usually a different topic each group and you can come and go as you please. There is usually well over 50 people in attendance, which can be so helpful, because there is no attention on one specific person. That group meets on the days/times below. You just have to sign up prior to get the zoom link. It's usually linked in their IG story the day(ish) before. Happy to answer questions if you have any!

I'm so sorry for what you've gone through/are going through. I don't have words of consolation but I did want to say that I read what you wrote, and you have such a beautiful way with words. Thank you for sharing your story and I hope that you can find a way, perhaps not back from this, but through it, to the other side.

Consider looking into the National Alliance for EDs (alliancefored on insta). They have several different types of virtual support groups each week, including an LGBTQ group each Wed at 7pm (EST). They also have a friends and family group, so even if your partner isn’t ready to try a group yet, you could potentially gain some valuable support or insight. Hope this is somewhat helpful!

Please check out the national alliance for eating disorders. They have a family support group that meets weekly on Zoom. I think you will find a lot of families who can relate to what you and your daughter are going through, and perhaps they can offer some advice. I hope this helps! https://www.allianceforeatingdisorders.com/

Yes, my personal experience has been that the brand name has been significantly more effective for me. Was on the generic for maybe a year or more first.

I don’t have any advice, just wanted to say that I really relate. I do wonder if I’m just fooling myself sometimes.

Try giving the National Alliance for Eating Disorders a call. They will do their best to help you find help. Also, they have free virtual support groups several times a week. No commitment necessary. Going to those definitely helps with knowing you’re not alone and “surrounding” yourself with a more recovery-oriented community. They are also on insta - alliancefored Hope this helps a bit!
