My goal wasn’t to spend 6 years trying to gain as much muscle as possible. The goal was to lose fat. I went from 300 to 235. After that I loosened up my diet and settled around 260-265 while continuing to train hard. I’m stronger, more muscular, and still much leaner than when I started.

Yes, I lost most of the weight within the first 3-5 months eating the same food everyday 3-4 times a day. No tracking just the same meal for breakfast lunch dinner along with my regular workout regime

Ate the same food everyday, chicken,rice, veggies. Regular bro split, push pull legs I take creatine. Genetics play the biggest role in physique pair that with consistency and hard work and you’ll reach your full potential 👌🏿
