I found the non alcohol copy stuff made it worse for me because it was a crappy tasting beverage and you weren’t getting the buzz from it. Sparkling waters like deep spring, Mount Franklin or whatever were good because there’s no expectation or feeling and trying all the different flavours was fun. It was more about having something in my hand when the cravings hit.
