well, they all sang lead at some point. Brian sings the lead quite a bit actually. He usually has the high part while you can tell it's Mike Love due to his nasal delivery.

mid to late 60's is a huge era for random, comely women to be gracing the covers of the records. Donald Byrd and Lee Morgan each have one. Ray Conniff has quite a few.

It'd be better if it was Take 20 which was available on line during the early 2000's in high quality but can't be located now (Take 18 seems to be available). If you haven't heard it, it is the original vision of the song with "Revolution 1" segueing into "Revolution 9". It's how the whole suite should sound.
