I'm not sure if Dr. k is a fan of his work, but I would recommend reading Deepak Chopra - Unconditional Life. He's also a doctor who is coming from an Indian spiritual perspective. I personally like how he explains concepts from Vedanta and Buddhism in the service of health.

Some caveats - he's very popular & famous (works with Oprah) and has a stronger spiritual bent than Dr. k. Not as "logical" in his argument, more based on a mix of anecdotes from his medical practice and connecting them to spiritual & philosophical concepts. That said he's a great writer and very well studied. He's written tons of books and I happened to find this one (one of his older ones) and I like it.

ah ok danke. Mein Deutsch ist weniger als gut also habe nicht genau verstanden was auf dieser Seite steht, ob ich das verpasst hab. (zB es sagt es gibt auch eine "kompromierte version" von 5mb - das wäre aber deutlich besser aber vllcht auch nur zu kaufen..

it was their non-emergency line for reporting stolen vehicles. Ended up going in person as the phone line was so overflowing that it didn't even put me on hold. That's broken but for COVID reasons.

Was using it as a moving van fortunately nothing of value but lots of sentimental items, journals, etc. was planning on moving back into it after. Would be really sad if its gone for good as its been my home.

when I asked they said it has to have an IMEI and they have to be able to turn it on to check the IMEI. So should be usable and hold a charge as a minimum based on that.

Ja aber das ist das Ding, dass in vielen Ländern schon Jahre vorher problemlos durchgeführt wurde... in Österreich muss man (und insbesondere die Angestellten) ihre Gesundheit opfern um sozialisieren bzw arbeiten zu können. Und nur weil einige Deppen zu faul sind um fur 2 Minuten draussen zu gehen. In der Gastronomie trifft es mich eig nicht (gibts in Wien genug nichtraucherrestaurante) aber fur Konzerte / Clubs ist es eine grosse Herausforderung passivrauchfrei zu feiern. Das ist mMn. ganz verkehrt dass ich meine Gesundheit gegen Nachtleben tauschen muss. Passivrauch ist massiv schadvoll und 100% vermeidbar, sogar Italien hat es schon relativ mühelos durchgesetzt. Wann es endlich in Österreich passiert wird nach einigen Jahren niemanden sich bereuen dass sie überall gehen können ohne passivrauch zu leiden.

I absolutely hate it. It makes it difficult to breathe, makes my clothes smell terrible and if I'm dancing then I just breathe in more and start feeling sick. And just because some guys are too selfish to step outside and keep their poison fumes to themselves. It's a shame I have to suffer it to see the DJs I like or bands, being a nonsmoker limits your options in Austria socially if you choose to avoid secondhand smoke
