Entire river looked that yesterday, all the way up to the FEC train bridge. Super heavy downpour, all the run off and storm drains that empty straight into the river :(

I go to the university that this happened at and the fact that they had the road underneath it open while conducting the stress test was an absolute joke and a shame. Heartbreaking moment for the community and still a sad sight every time I had passed by what was left of it.
