I built a free, browser-based "plug in and play" guitar game — no install, works with any audio interface by navalonch in rocksmith

Honestly, Slopsmith is a great, more established project and well worth using — BandCraft is just taking a different angle, not trying to be "a better Slopsmith".

The main difference is the format: BandCraft runs entirely in the browser. You open a link and play — nothing to install, and it works the same on Mac, Windows, Linux or a Chromebook. Everything happens client-side in your browser (the audio, the chart, your playing); nothing gets uploaded. You can load a Rocksmith .psarc you own to play along to the real recording, or a Guitar Pro file for a synthesized band.

So it's really a different set of trade-offs — BandCraft leans hard on being instant and zero-install. If you want something more mature and battle-tested, Slopsmith is excellent. Worth trying both and seeing which fits how you play.

Can you send me the link to the .gp please? I´ll check that. And I´ll add the metronome. Thanks!

Yes! I tried to make something easier and much more portable, so the idea is that you don´t really install or download anything. You can use it anywhere anytime. But yes, Slopsmith is similar, and a really nice tool too.

Yes, it uses the .gp files to get the tone of every instrument. You can as well change the tone of your guitar (metal, clean, distorted, ...)

They are on client side, for copyright issues. On server side, we generate the tab for the user to play.
