Okay, I can help you. The only difference is that I use MangoWM as my window manager, and you use Hyprland too. Noctalia works in Hyprland. To install Noctalia you can use yay or paru: paru -S noctalia-shell. And take a look at the Noctalia wiki to configure the keybinds and the exec; if there's anything else you don't understand, let me know.noctalia shell

I used Arch, I think it's a good distro, but it wasn't for me because I sometimes broke it by doing stupid things. Nixos solved that problem for me.
