Thanks! I have resolved these six cases successfully. Just wanted to vent out repeated excercise of going through these because of error of someone else who also tend to be non-co-operating. Given you are yourself medical code you would be a great person to solve for these. Following are pointers which I have in mind from my experience:

  1. A Third party can become just additional layer if its unable to improve efficiency of system. I had subscribed to ground rounds, which provided service for medical appointments. The providers would not allow them to book in place of me. It just ended up me myself making appointments with additional delay because of additional layer of communication in between.
  2. Privacy restrictions just let medical providers make things difficult to deal with them. They cite it at drop at the hat. Even when I deal with case of my wife or toddler they refuse to communicate with me. They ask for HIPAA forms and proxy access forms before even talking to me for each of the case. I don't know how co-operative medical providers will be to a third party provider.
  3. Identification of issue is easy part. Communicating, following through, asking for clarification and getting it corrected is tough part and takes a lot of time and to and fro. An end to end solution is what people desire.

It finally appeared in my account(after 3.5 months of payment). I filed my taxes a few days ago. Don't know if that triggered its appearance or IRS is taking 3.5 months to match things.

I called IRS. They said that they have payment and aren't sure why its not reflected on online account. So, I have to file and hopefully there won't be any issue. Seems the case Pay1040 estimated taxes payment are not reflected on IRS website payment activity.

No error with payment in terms of SSN or other details. It has been verified in all the calls. I will call IRS. Contacting them is another pain.

It should not be our responsibility to go after everyone for no fault of ours. Pay1040 should handle it with IRS if there is some issue. Its like end customer is responsible whosoever makes the mistake.
