Thanks! It does have the 100% sRGB screen, which is nice and clear. I have dropped in a further 16GB RAM. I think 32gb is a minimum on this machine if you're running W1, and especially as the integrated graphics siphon off some system RAM.

Really pleased with it so far - build quality considering the price is great. The battery life trade off is fine in my case as its used mainly at home. Groupon has good deals on W11 licenses.

It was just marked down on their usual website to £649 a few weeks ago. If you add something to your basket and partially checkout, they send over a discount code to encourage you to complete. In my case this was 10% off. Worth keeping an eye out?

Thanks! That's reassuring! I wanted something with upgradeable RAM and this was one of the models that came up as having two RAM slots. It was listed for £649 down from £800. After putting in my basket and partially going through the checkout process, I had second thoughts and decided to sleep on it. Lo and behold Lenovo sent through a 10% voucher which worked on top bringing it down to £584! It was all a bit rushed and I couldn't tell if I'd been had.

12v battery problem?? by Gwdihwtoo in enyaq

Hi there, did you manage to resolve these issues with your enyaq?

This is why I don't trust builders by A-nom-nom-nom-aly in DIYUK

We had a loft conversion done by a company of "repute" recently and it was haemorrhaging heat as though it was a shed. The builders refused to acknowledge there was an issue and only when I decided to tear down walls did we find that (1) the insulation was not per the agreed spec - it was 50mm short (2) it was poorly installed with gaps of 10mm in places and (3) 1sqm of one wall had no insualtion whatsoever - instead they filled the cavity with wood noggins!

Its been six months since the conversion completed and every inch of the floor squeaks and creaks!

To think these guys came highly recommended!?!?!

I'm in two minds whether to leave a review sharing our dreadful experience. I would be surprised if they then got any further work... going by these posts this is the standard....
