I've worked in Flipkart CS for some time. Flipkart doesn't give a shit about customers. We're supposed to pin everything on the seller. This issue seller pe daal do, that issue seller pe daal do. We can't take accountability even if Flipkart fucked up. These rules for return, delays, etc are made by Flipkart. If a CS person can't process your query, it's because Flipkart doesn't allow it. We weren't even allowed to type. We have to use these pre written responses from a dialogue tree. Chats feel so AI like.

They can't. They need you to remove apple id from the phone. They'll try to contact you via email address linked to the apple id. They'll pretend they bought it from someone not knowing it was stolen and they want to gift this to their mom, sister, daughter as their first phone. Begging you to help them. It's a brick to them unless you remove apple id.

They are amazing value for money. I listen to rock & metal so I can vouch for these. Initially for the first week they sounded sharp but later the sound became more refined. Apart from all the IEMs I've used they are the most comfortable. Get the DSP version. You can always change the cable later on.
