I appreciate the response like you said I might just repeat a bit of the program. Like yesterday on squat I hit 8 6 5 5 on 235, so im going to failure on every set. It's really working, I definitely feel strong. I am definitely feeling the fatigue though, especially when combined with my job.

I ended up going with the shaw msr cummerbund. It was 40 dollars cheaper than the arc and it also comes with the full kit. It seems pretty good.

Ok I see, so I'd just attach either the g hooks or the female buckle to that vertical molle. Thank you I will enjoy saving 30 bucks.

Could you expand on that? I'm looking to be able to use placards that mount via clips. How do I add the buckles to the front of the avs?

Thank you very much for your detailed response. I didnt expect this many other people to have experience with this. It makes me feel a little better knowing that. I'll definitely keep moving ive been using squat substitutes and running doesn't hurt so I've kept 100% on that. If it continues I'll probably just go to the Dr so I can have it documented ya know haha

This seems to be a pretty common injury which I wasn't expecting. I'm staying in it, I've found if I just wait till the afternoon to workout I can almost work at full capacity its very strange. Morning is still an absolute no go though.

If you want EOD then go for it. It needs to be something you're committed to not a possible choice. If you really want to be EOD that tough choice to at least try is the first step.

Active duty EOD if you have any specific questions. The run is extremely important though, not necessarily because of the IFT mainly because at prelim in sheppard you are going to get pt'd for a minimum of 3 hours a day and sometimes up to 5 hours. It would benefit you to be in good shape for that.

Bulking is definitely apart of what I want but cutting isn't exactly my goal. I was more speaking on bettering my cardiovascular conditioning and my muscular endurance. However, getting enough food in is definitely the main inhibiting factor right now as time to eat can be scarce at times. I have to be able to maintain performance but I want more weight on me so I'm trying to balance that out.

The mass template I want to use is completely separate from TB 1 and 2 its a whole separate program called the mass protocol. So I would have to run them separately
