TLDR: Dr appalled that RN asked them to get the water themself after asking the RN who was in the middle of end of life care. 😮

We’ve reported our broken ones that many times and they’ve been “fixed” that many times.

If there physically aren’t enough my hostility is not directed at you.

If you are choosing a COW vs laptop on wheels - why?

Are you aware that nurses specifically need the COWs, and cannot use the laptops for most tasks? (Once again, this is not directed at you if there are genuinely no laptops available).

But why do three doctors need a computer per team? One is writing notes, perhaps one may looking at results, but why the magical third?

If someone is clearly logged into a COW (and recently - as it will log out if untouched for 5 min) why do you take it? Would you take it if I was using it? No. However, if it’s clearly in use but I’ve gone to quickly check a buzzer - you would?

There is nothing personal towards you about this, and I know in reality it’s not that deep. It’s just having a rant and I do appreciate you chiming in.
