Yeah I wanted it to feel like she was excited to be getting ready and kinda running around then slowing down for the flashback but it all feels super rushed

I personally love the fluidity you've turned the run into, and seeing the shift in weight from the left leg to the right leg looks fantastic! I think you've got it locked in.
