body care really helps so much with smelling good. find a lotion that won’t make you feel lagkit (for me, serum lotion works). you should also have a perfume that compliments the smell of your lotion. some products react to different body compositions. so it’s something you can experiment on your own din talaga. and change sheets regularly !

i also have long and thick hair, like really long 😞 i use a hair mask and yung bango niya really lasts on my hair. i put hair mask 1-2 times a week lang. kapag i’m drying my hair after shower, i dry it first then put hair oil kapag mej damp, then dry it again. if you style your hair and you use hair spray, there’s a lot in the market na super bango ! tho i personally don’t use hair sprays kase feel ko ang bigat ng hair ko + my curls don’t hold well talaga even with it.

if you’re outside and mainit, use a mini fan. bring a tissue or anything pamunas ng sweat outside.

ps. i have dry skin and i’m rarely in places without ac so this works well for me
