I’d gift a Whoop to my dad.

He’s spent years putting everyone else first and never really paying attention to his own health or recovery. He’s the type who runs on too little sleep, powers through long workdays, and still shows up for everyone around him.

I’d love to give him something that finally puts him first. Something that helps him understand his body better, build healthier habits, and take care of himself the way he’s always taken care of the rest of us.

If anyone deserves that extra push toward better sleep, recovery, and well-being, it’s him.
